These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 999cv platform. By registering or using this site, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

- You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 999cv platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by a gambling operator, and you must not be accessing the platform in violation of any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person. The use of nominee accounts or account-sharing arrangements is prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
999cv reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
3. Account Registration and Management
Account registration on 999cv is completed via the online registration form accessible from the platform's website. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a chosen password, and acceptance of these Terms. A mobile number may only be associated with one account on the platform.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 999cv login credentials. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform, and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including individuals claiming to represent 999cv support. 999cv staff will never ask for your password.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Notify 999cv customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 999cv may place a temporary hold on the account while the matter is investigated.
Account Suspension and Closure
999cv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it determines that a player has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes. In cases of closure due to breach, any funds derived from bonus activity or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting customer support.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
Deposits
All deposits on 999cv are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must be made through one of the approved payment methods available on the platform at the time of the transaction. The currently supported deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 999cv does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 999cv accepts no liability. Deposits made using funds that have not been sourced legitimately by the account holder are prohibited.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.
- 999cv processes deposits in real time upon confirmation from the mobile banking provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact customer support with the transaction reference number.
- 999cv reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to any account as part of responsible gaming controls or fraud-prevention measures. Players may also request voluntary deposit limits through customer support.
- Funds deposited into your 999cv account are held exclusively for the purpose of gaming on the platform. 999cv does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another player's account.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests on 999cv are processed to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 999cv aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes, although processing times may vary during periods of high volume or pending verification. 999cv does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period if they involve funds derived from bonus wagering, if the account has not previously completed a verified withdrawal, or if the request triggers automated fraud-prevention checks.
- Any winnings derived from funds deposited during an active bonus promotion may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with that promotion before they are available for withdrawal. Rollover conditions are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
- 999cv reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory KYC documentation where the player has not previously completed identity verification. Documentation requests will be communicated via account notification or email.
- Attempting to withdraw funds that have been obtained through fraudulent means, chargeback abuse, or exploitation of system errors will result in immediate account suspension and full investigation. 999cv cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving financial fraud.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
999cv offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your account and must be wagered the stated number of times (rollover) before any winnings derived from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal to your main wallet.
- Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the standard registration process and, where required, have passed identity verification. 999cv reserves the right to withhold a bonus from any player it reasonably suspects of registering solely to claim a promotional offer.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held a registered account on the 999cv platform. Returning players who have previously closed their accounts and re-registered are not eligible for new-player promotions.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game(s) only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- 999cv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it determines the offer is being exploited, has been claimed through a system error, or where continued operation of the promotion is not commercially viable.
Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions
999cv periodically offers promotions tied to sporting events (including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), cultural festivals (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Durga Puja), and platform milestones. These promotions are time-limited and are subject to their own specific terms published alongside each offer. Seasonal promotions do not affect any previously claimed welcome bonus or standing promotional offer.
6. Responsible Gaming Policy
999cv is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gaming on the 999cv platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players upon request through customer support:
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount they are able to deposit into their account. Once set, a deposit limit can only be reduced immediately; increases to a deposit limit take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: players may enable notifications that alert them when they have been actively playing for a specified period of time, helping them stay aware of time spent on the platform.
- Reality checks: periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming activity during the current session, available on request.
- Self-exclusion: players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to access their account, and any marketing communications from 999cv will be suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed by customer support and take effect as soon as practicably possible.
999cv strictly enforces the minimum age of 21. Where 999cv has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings or bonus funds accrued during a period of underage play will be forfeited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999cv platform. 999cv reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities:
- Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime. 999cv applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring across all accounts and transactions and cooperates with all relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement bodies.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities), or participating in collusive play or chip-dumping arrangements with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the platform or in any game offered on the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses in a manner that is not consistent with legitimate human gameplay.
- Depositing funds using a payment method that you do not own or are not authorised to use, or initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests on legitimate transactions.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 999cv staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including customer support chat, email, or social media.
Where 999cv determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may, at its discretion: void bets placed during the relevant period, reverse withdrawals, forfeit bonus and real-money balances derived from the prohibited activity, permanently close all associated accounts, and share account and transaction information with payment processors, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies as appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 999cv platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 999cv or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any material from the 999cv platform without the prior written consent of 999cv. Unauthorised use of platform content will constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999cv, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors exclude all liability for the following:
- Any loss of funds arising from your voluntary participation in casino games or sports betting markets, including losses resulting from game outcomes, bet results, or fluctuations in in-game statistics. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss, and 999cv does not guarantee any outcome or return.
- Any interruption, suspension, delay, or unavailability of the platform or any specific game or service offered on the platform, including interruptions caused by technical faults, internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, maintenance activities, or force majeure events.
- Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to secure your login details.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the 999cv platform, even if 999cv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 999cv's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This limitation of liability clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
999cv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By registering on 999cv, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data. 11. Amendments to These Terms
999cv may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The updated Terms will be identified by a revised effective date at the top of the document. Where 999cv considers a change to be material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing times, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — it will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance via account notification or email. Minor administrative updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the 999cv platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
